Return Policy

• Most regular priced orders placed on TheLemonadeBoutique.com are eligible for a 30 day return period.
• Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original unused condition with all original tags attached.
• Candles must be returned unused and in burn free condition.

 Not Eligible for Returns:

• Returns on Personal Care products such as but not limited to Sanitizing Hand Spray, Face Masks, Lip Balm, and Soap are not accepted.

 Returns:

• Email orders@thelemonadeboutique.com with your order number to start your return.
• We will email or mail you a return shipping label.
• You'll need to print and tape the shipping label to your return. 
• Using your own shipping label may void the return.
• Your refund will equal the amount paid for your items (less any discounts on the original order), less $5 for return shipping. The original shipping charge that occurred in getting the item to you, if applicable, is not eligible for refund. 

Other Notes:

• We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
• We reserve the right to not refund returns if returns do not adhere to the terms laid out here.

• COVID is affecting return shipping and processing times. If it's been more than 2 weeks since you mailed your return and you haven't received your refund, please email us right away.
